What is the AVPS Playbook?
The Student Strategic Plan 2026–2029 (SSP) sets the university-wide direction and priorities to strengthen student experience and success. The Playbook is our roadmap to bring that strategic plan to life at UBC Okanagan.
The Playbook is organized into two sections:
Foundational Goals: The goals that build the organizational conditions for our SSP Priorities, founded on the belief that a portfolio that operates with clarity, invests in its people, and advances equity in its own practices can consistently deliver for students.
SSP Priorities: The three UBC Student Strategic Plan priorities and how we will achieve those priorities at UBC Okanagan. Our students will feel these actions most directly, and they are only possible because of the foundational work beneath them.
